The Block 800 project was a large portion of the Irvine Spectrum’s 200-million-dollar renovation. Our portion of the project included five brand-new buildings and a large modernized site. This project was completed in many different phases over a two-year period while maintaining a functioning mall surrounding the job site. Four different lighting control systems with color changing lighting and fixture types were newly developed for the project.
